Images and Colours
Representation: Product images are intended to represent items as accurately as possible.
However, due to variations in monitor settings and lighting, colours and appearance may differ slightly from actual product displayed.
Customer Responsibility
Verification: Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before purchasing and to contact customer service if they have any questions or need clarification.
Any queries mentioned on NOTES will not be considered.
Customisation is applicable and will be considered applicable only when its selected at the drop boxes under each product and nowhere else.
Please refer your confirmation mail for the delivery duration.
Customer support - Please give us 24-48 hours to respond to your query.
Once the order is placed from your end, we will ensure that your package is safely and promptly dispatched without any dispatch delays from our end even if you don't get an update from us after the confirmation mail.
Kindly understand that each order is extremely special to us and will be taken care of with priority and shipped on time
Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellation is not possible but you can keep the same as store credit and purchase another outfit if your originally ordered set hasn't been gone for production.
Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Methods
• We offer1 shipping option - including standard shipping.
• Shipping costs vary based on the chosen method, destination, and package weight.
2. Processing Time
• Orders are processed for dispatch within 12-15 business days of receipt.
• Orders placed after working hours of the day will be processed the next business day.
• Processing time is not the same for prebookings/ preorders as for normal orders.
• For preorders, incase there’s a trouble with sourcing the right colour of fabric or pattern, you will be informed by the customer support and your refund will be initiated or you can pick another product that’s available in stock.
3. Shipping
• We currently ship globally
• For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply.
For international orders please reach out to us on our WhatsApp to proceed with your order.
• The shipping cost for international orders vary as per weight and the country.
Quick suggestion - More the weight of the package, lesser the cost so when so we’d suggest you to place more numbers in a single order so you can save on shipping.
4. Shipping related
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.
• we are not responsible for any damage caused by the dispatch centre when your order arrives.
Return/ Exchange policy
1. Time Frame: The period within you can apply or an exchange is 3 days
2. Condition: The item usually needs to be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
3. Proof of Purchase - A receipt or order confirmation is often required and the defects or changes in order is to be mentioned with images attached for the same on our customer support WhatsApp number.
4. Eligibility for exchange or return
Please read the size chart properly before placing the order.
• Any issues related to fitting or sizing cannot is not eligible for an exchange unless the entire sizing is wrong or of we have missed a customisation from our end..
• Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange
• Any issue regarding mild colour variance is not eligible for an exchange or return.
•Once, team Utsavv reviews the images and approves the exchange, the process will begin.
• Your replacement package will arrive only after the dispatch centre receives the order you want to replace.
