Return/ Exchange policy
1. Time Frame: The period within you can apply or an exchange is 3 days
2. Condition: The item usually needs to be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is often required and the defects or changes in order is to be mentioned with images attached for the same on our customer support WhatsApp number.
4. Eligibility for exchange or return
Please read the size chart properly before placing the order.
• Any issues related to fitting or sizing cannot is not eligible for an exchange unless the entire sizing is wrong.
and if any customisation is missed from our end, rectification will be made.
• Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Any issue regarding mild colour variance is not eligible for an exchange or return.
•Once, team Utsavv reviews the images and approves the exchange, the process will begin.
• Your replacement package will arrive only after the dispatch centre receives the order you want to replace.
No refund policy - all out fits are custom fitted and go through 3 level quality check hence no refund is applicable
